How to Prepare a Healthy Breakfast Fast


Certainly, you have days during the week that are announced to be harder, either for you or for you family. And then the question arises “What to prepare for breakfast to have a healthy and tasty breakfast?”

Today, I propose a breakfast rich in protein and vitamins, ready in 10 minutes.

I took in a fist a few strands of baby spinach, a radish that I cut into thin slices and 100 g of Organic cherry tomatoes from Letca, cut in half. I put them in a bowl and added olive oil, a pinch of salt, ½ a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar. Put them aside.

I start preparing an egg for each member of the family.

When the eggs are ready, I put them on the plate next to a few blue cheese and a few nuts. I put the salad and a quarter of a bunch of grapes. A delicious combination of sweet and sour, the smell and fresh taste of Letca organic tomatoes, the taste of eggs and the strong taste of blue cheese, make us feel like on the Mediterranean coast.
