If you like cherry tomatoes, then this recipe will definitely be to your liking. In addition, you can enjoy the taste of cherry tomatoes even on less hot days. You can enjoy this delicacy with pasta, baked potatoes or fish fillets.
500 g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 clove garlic, cut into slices
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
Extra virgin olive oil
We take a 500 g jar and wash it well. Let it drain on a clean towel until it dries completely.
Preheat the oven to 130 ° C / 110 ° C. Place the tomatoes with the cut side up, on a baking sheet that I have previously placed in a tray. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with garlic, oregano and basil, which I cut into small pieces beforehand.
Bake in the oven for 1 hour 30 minutes or until the tomatoes are cooked. Let them cool in the oven with the door closed.
When the tomatoes have cooled, we will put them in a jar with a spoon. Then add the oil to cover the tomatoes and seal the jar.
